Ask a loved one to tie your bracelet comfortably on your left wrist. At 11:11, close your eyes and make your wish, or have someone you love read your affirmation aloud to you. From that moment, the bracelet is yours to wear as a quiet, daily reminder of what you are calling in.
When the bracelet is removed or falls away on its own, your wish is released. That is the moment it stops being something you are holding and starts being something already in motion.
