5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. You may only return Goods that are:

• In original, unused condition
• Returned with all original packaging, instructions, and documents

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Custom or personalized Goods
• Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items
• Unsealed health or beauty products
• Digital content once download or streaming begins

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using the original payment method.

6. Availability & Accuracy

We strive to keep product listings accurate and up to date, but errors in pricing, availability, or descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

7. Pricing

If payment authorization fails, we are not responsible for any delay or cancellation of your Order.
